Terms of Service

1. Sales basis
All sales by OLS Research Supply LLC (“OLS,” “we”) are made business-to-business (B2B) on a quote basis. Acceptance of a quote constitutes acceptance of these terms unless a separate written purchase agreement is in place.
2. Pricing & payment
Quoted pricing is valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are net-30 for established accounts; deposit plus balance on delivery for net-new customers. Late payment is subject to a 1.5% per-month service charge.
3. Shipping & risk
Shipping terms default to FOB origin unless otherwise specified in writing. Risk of loss passes to the customer when goods are tendered to the carrier.
4. Returns
Custom-printed and special-order items are non-returnable. Other items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt in original condition, subject to a restocking fee.
5. Warranty disclaimer
Goods are sold “as is.” OLS makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what the underlying manufacturer provides.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
